Customers may cancel their order only before the order has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

If a customer refuses delivery or cancels the order after shipment, the company reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping charges, return shipping charges, payment gateway fees, and other logistics costs from any eligible refund amount.

The company reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
