Due to hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, all skincare and cosmetic products sold by us are sealed in tamper-evident shrink packaging.
Returns will only be accepted if the wrong product is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
* The product must be unused.
* The original shrink seal and packaging must remain intact and unopened.
* The return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs and an unboxing video.
Products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or have damaged/missing shrink seals are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
After verification and approval of the claim, a replacement or refund will be processed at our discretion.
